The iBizZilla (“Company”) is an online for sale business classified ad listing services to help you buy or sell a business yourself, combined with an assume online social business community network, organized to help individuals find there entrepreneurial direction by helping you promote your business and yourself to active members through-out the community or face to face through community members hosted events.

Acceptance Triggered By Use
Your use of or access to the website, the service or the contents is also governed by the Privacy Policy posted on this website. Please read the rules contained in this agreement carefully. Your use of and/or registration/Membership on any aspect of the Service will constitute your agreement to comply with these rules. We reserve the right to make changes to our Site and Agreement at any time without notice to you.
iBizZilla.com reserves the right to reject, delete, remove or edit at any time for any reason, any communications that it deems in its sole discretion to be: violating this agreement; harmful to individuals or communities; obscene; defamatory; in violation of iBizZilla.com’s or any third-party’s rights; or otherwise unacceptable. We also reserve the right to make minor and cosmetic changes to your advertising in order to conform it to the format we have established for our web site. Please visit this page periodically to review the Agreement because the terms are binding on you. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS STATED ABOVE OR TO ANY CHANGES THE SERVICE MAKES IN THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT THE SERVICE IMMEDIATELY.

Broad Provisions

Company Communication
Company utilizes email as a vital and primary communication channel with customers. As a registered user, Customer hereby acknowledges and grants Company permission to communicate with customer via email (as well as other communication channels such as phone and fax) for any purpose Company determines to be relevant including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements and other marketing messages. Company will use best efforts to honor Customer’s request to opt out of marketing messages, but under no circumstances will Company have any liability for sending any email to its registered users/customers. Company assures customer that under no circumstances will it knowingly share personal and/or email information with any third party.

Children Under 18
iBizZilla does not sell products for or provide information or services to children. If you are under 18, you may use iBizZilla only with involvement of a parent or guardian. iBizZilla reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders/ requests in its sole discretion. By registering as a Member, you confirm your acceptance of this agreement and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Members are required to provide their real first and last names in their profile for identification purposes. You may not impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your identity in your profile. Furthermore, you may not misrepresent your age or your affiliation with any person or entity.

Customer Privileges
Customer privileges are granted by Company to individuals exclusively and are granted specifically to the registered member only. Individual user rights cannot be assigned, sublicensed, distributed, shared, viewed, accessed, or otherwise transferred to anyone without the express written permission of Company. Company requires that each registered user maintain a valid email address or Member ID and a password, which shall be utilized for logging on to the iBizZilla system. Customers are not permitted to share their individual logon information with others. Company has the right to refuse service to any member that refuses to abide by the terms and conditions herein or abuses their rights related to the iBizZilla service.

Submission and Administration of Listings
Customer agrees not to submit any business descriptions, photographs, financial, contact or other information contained in each business's data to iBizZilla unless Customer has received all necessary rights and authorizations, including from the photographer and/or copyright owner of any photographs, to publish and advertise the business on the Customer's website or on the iBizZilla website. Customer agrees not to submit any image to iBizZilla which contains inappropriate content. The Company may, in its sole discretion but without any obligation to search for such, remove a business listing ("Business" or "Listing") that is alleged to have been submitted in violation of this provision. In addition, the Company may require additional evidence of compliance with this provision from Customers who are alleged to have submitted businesses or other information in violation of this agreement.

If you want to list multiple or more than two businesses for sale in any 30-day period over iBizZilla.com, you need to make other listing arrangements with us. To find out more about listing and advertising opportunities you must register at: Broker/Commercial Agent - Membership Request

Each listing purchased (advertised) by Customer on iBizZilla is permitted for one business for sale opportunity/entity, and may not be changed or edited in an attempt to sell a different business entity. The Company will, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts of, and refuse service to, any Customer who repeatedly or knowingly violates this agreement. Additionally, the Customer agrees to allow the Listing, or any part of it, to be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise referred to by users of the Customer's website or the iBizZilla website. The Company shall have the sole authority to choose the manner in which any Business will be searched, displayed, accessed, downloaded, copied, and otherwise used on the iBizZilla website and Company shall have the right to modify the business listing in the exercise of its rights under this agreement. Customer (a) represents and warrants that all Businesses and associated information provided by Customer will be accurate; (b) agrees that Customer will not permit the posting of a business on the iBizZilla system under a name other than the named licensed business agents that have been engaged by the business owner to market the business under the terms of a duly executed listing agreement with the owner; (c) agrees to administer the Listings provided by Customer and maintain their accuracy at all times. Company reserves, in a manner consistent with reasonable commercial business practices, the right to remove all or any part of the Listings posted on the iBizZilla website. Company accepts no responsibility for checking the accuracy of reports or data files submitted by Customer. While Company shall take all reasonable efforts for data backup and business resumption, Customer will be solely responsible for retaining back-up copies of all information, photographs and other materials it provides to iBizZilla.

iBizZilla does not except MLM Ads and is an MLM-free zone. Advertising or marketing products or services originating with an MLM business and recruiting associates is strictly prohibited.
It Is Your Responsibility

To review your advertising, after it is posted, to ensure accuracy. iBizZilla.com does not and can not, guarantee that your business will sell using this advertising medium.

Use of Information
Customer agrees to treat all information obtained from the Service, including business listings, business broker directory, service providers, business community forums, community profiles and any other information otherwise made available to Customer in the Service (individually and collectively, the “Content”) as proprietary to Company. Customer agrees that Content reserved for members will be maintained as confidential and shall be protected as a trade secret of Company. Company does not ensure the accuracy of, endorse or recommend any Content and Customer uses such Content at the Customer's own risk. Customer may access the Content solely to obtain initial information from which further evaluation and investigation may commence. Customer shall limit access to and use of Content to personal and internal use, and shall not use Content obtained from the Service for further distribution, publication, public display, or preparation of derivative works or facilitate any of these activities in any way. Customer shall not use or reproduce Content obtained from the Service for or in connection with any other listing service or device. Customers violating these specific terms, specifically those customers searching the Service in an abusive or excessive manner, by automated or manual means, shall be subject to immediate termination of their membership and will be assessed an excessive use fee of $600.

Payment Terms
By placing an ad through, iBizZilla.com you agree to pay the fees specified for the package you select, regardless of whether your business sells as a result of the listing. Take care in selecting your ad package and inputting your ad information. Customer also agrees to pay for any optional upgrade products ordered through the iBizZilla web site. Fees owed depend on the specific type and quantity of iBizZilla products, services, information, or deliverables (collectively "Deliverables") ordered. Payment of fees shall not be contingent on any events other than the delivery of the ordered Deliverables. Any attorney fees, court costs, or other costs incurred in collection of delinquent undisputed amounts shall be the responsibility of and paid for by Customer. If payment is not current, Company may immediately cease to provide any and all Deliverables to the customer.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
The Sell-A-Business service on iBizZilla.com offers great value - favorable listing fees for wide exposure for your business listing, and, effective listing enhancements to improve the chances of a buyer noticing your listing. iBizZilla.com fees paid for business listings and other products are not refundable. No partial month refunds will be provided.

You may cancel your ad(s) online. We do not provide refunds after we bill you. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent any future membership billing. The fees paid for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the subscription is terminated prior to the end of the month. No pro-rated refunds are available. To avoid being charged monthly subscriptions or advertising fees, iBizZilla.com must receive your cancellation notice before the first day of the month. All cancellation requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and a cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. The membership will be deactivated at the end of the current billing term. Company reserves the right to change its fees or billing methods at any time. Company will provide timely notice to the affected Customers of any such changes. It is Customer's responsibility to promptly provide Company with any contact or billing information changes or updates (including email address, credit card numbers, etc.).

The web sites and adverts of subscribers and advertisers who cancel their membership, or whose credit cards expire without first providing another card for us to bill, may be removed. You will be responsible and charged for any additional services that occur during your membership such as the Optional Advertising Program.

Please ensure that your payment card details are kept up to date. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we regret that it will be necessary to suspend your subscription and advertisement(s) until you provide us with details of a valid payment card. You can do this by telephoning customer services or by updating your card details on you’re: My Account profile page. You will still be liable for any outstanding payments that could not be met when your account was suspended.

Cancel / Freeze Member Services or Account
You may Cancel / Freeze OR Permanently Delete an individual service or your iBizZilla account profile as needed, at any time from you iBizZilla account profile. We may cancel, suspend, or block your access to the Services at any time, with immediate effect. This may be without cause and without notice. To cancel / freeze or permanently delete a specific service, Member must login to Member account and select the service to cancel / freeze. Once the service has been cancelled / frozen, the service, will be deleted from the website for any potential viewing interests, and frozen in your account administration profile for optional future use for re-posting purposes. A cancellation confirmation will be emailed to the email address on record for the account. You may also permanently delete your chosen individual service or account forever! ONCE AN INDIVIDUAL SERVICE OR ACCOUNT PROFILE IS PERMANENTLY DELETED YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ACCESS OR RETRIEVE ANY DATA YOU HAD STORED IN YOUR ADMIN. PROFILE AS IT WILL BE DELETED FROM THE IBIZZILLA DATA BASE FOREVER!

Promotion / Coupon Codes
We may at one point or the other offer promotions where we may discount or waive certain iBizZilla biz listing fees, Memberships, or Membership Hosting Events fee-based products or services, including events. We may offer coupon codes to iBizZilla Event Member Hosts as a mechanism for processing a discount or credit. Coupon codes have no cash value, are not retroactive, and are non-transferable unless specified. Coupon codes typically have an expiration date.

Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam)
Company prohibits the use of our system or its tools to generate or send unsolicited commercial email (spam). Customers may not use the email services that Company offers to send spam (i.e. unsolicited commercial email) or otherwise send content that would violate these Terms and Conditions. Company has the right to revoke the privileges of any customer or company that breaches these terms.

Ownership and License Grant
Company retains all rights (including Intellectual Property Rights, as defined below), title and interest in the iBizZilla Web site and all underlying technology and data including any enhancements and improvements thereto as a result of providing the Deliverables hereunder. Customer will not and will not allow others to: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, merge, copy, use, disclose, sell or transfer the underlying source code or structure or sequence of Company's technology or delete or alter author attributes or copyright notices. Customer shall use the iBizZilla system solely for their own use and shall not allow others to use the iBizZilla system under or through that Customer's login ID/email and password.

Intellectual Property Rights means all intellectual property rights (throughout the universe, in all media, now existing or created in the future, for all versions and elements, in all languages, and for the entire duration of such rights) arising under statutory or common law, contract, or otherwise, and whether or not perfected, including without limitation, (a) all rights associated with works of authorship including without limitation copyrights, moral rights, copyright applications, copyright registrations, synchronization rights; (b) rights associated with trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, trade dress, and the applications for registration and registrations of trademarks and service marks; (c) rights relating to the protection of trade secrets and confidential information; (d) rights analogous to those set forth in this definition and any and all other proprietary rights relating to intangible property; and (e) divisions, continuations, renewals, reissues, and extensions of the foregoing (as and to the extent applicable) now existing, later filed, issued, or acquired.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification
IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE OR OF DATA, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT. Customer's exclusive remedy and Company's entire liability under this agreement shall be a refund to Customer of the fees paid to Company hereunder, and in no event will Company's liability for any reason exceed such fee. Company (and its officers, directors, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from Customer's use of the Deliverables, and Customer shall indemnify Company (and Company's officers, directors, employees and agents), and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all costs, damages or losses by any of them (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) as a result of a claim by any person other than Customer arising from Customer's use or application of the Services or the Deliverables.

Warranty Disclaimers
THE LISTINGS AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. COMPANY MAKES NO PROMISES, REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, WITH RESPECT TO THE LISTINGS OR SERVICE, INCLUDING THEIR ACCURACY, OPERATION, CONFORMITY TO ANY REPRESENTATION OR DESCRIPTION, OR THE EXISTENCE OF ANY LATENT OR PATENT DEFECTS, AND COMPANY SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON INFRINGEMENT AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND, UNDER THE LAW OF THE UNITED KINGDOM, THE IMPLIED CONDITIONS OF SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND ACCEPTANCE AS WELL AS ANY LOCAL JURISDICTIONAL ANALOGUES TO THE ABOVE AND OTHER IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES.

Parties other than Company may provide services or sell product lines on this site that take you outside of our service. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors, and content partners that may use iBizZilla's logo(s) as part of a co-branding relationship. For example, if you click on a banner advertisement the click may take you off of the iBizZilla site. Company does not control, is not responsible for examining or evaluating, and does not warrant the offerings of, any of these businesses or individuals or the content of their web sites. Company does not assume any liability for the actions, product, or content of any of these and any other third parties. Company makes no representations and cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, copyright compliance, legality, or decency of material on such third party web sites. When you click on a link that leaves the iBizZilla site, the site you will land on is not controlled by Company and different terms of use and privacy statements may apply. Other Rights of Company
Customer agrees that Company shall have the right to use Listings and other information submitted to it for any purpose, including without limitation for publication of all or part of such Listing on the Internet for unrestricted use by iBizZilla customers and partners. Company shall have sole authority to choose the manner in which any Listing will be received, displayed and used by the Service, and reserves the right to remove all or any part of a Listing or refuse Services to anyone at any time in its sole discretion. Company shall have no obligation to (i) resolve disputes among users of the Service; or (ii) monitor or verify the accuracy or proper use of the Listings. Company reserves the right to modify or change any and all terms and conditions at any time.

Miscellaneous
This agreement, and the Deliverables provided by Company shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without reference to conflict of laws principles. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the State and Federal courts of Douglas County, Nevada. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

The rights under this agreement or any license granted hereunder may not be assigned, sublicensed or otherwise transferred by Customer without the prior written consent of Company, which retains the right to withhold consent in its sole discretion. The terms and conditions of this agreement constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements and understanding, whether oral or written, between the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter of this agreement. All notices to Company must be in writing and must be sent registered mail, certified mail, or overnight mail with a return receipt requested to General Manager at Company.

Change of Terms
The Web is an evolving medium. iBizZilla.com may change the terms of this agreement from time to time. By continuing to use this service following such changes, you agree to be bound by this agreement, as modified. iBizZilla.com may change, restrict access to, suspend, features, rates, or discontinue this service, or any portion of this service, at any time.

Arbitration
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use, the Agreement or our products or services shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Lake Tahoe, Nevada, in Douglas County and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof.

eBROKERBIZ MEMBERSHIP PROVISIONS

The following provisions of iBizZilla's Terms and Conditions are specifically and only applicable to eBrokerBiz Membership:

eBrokerBiz Membership
eBrokerBiz Membership privileges are granted by Company to individuals exclusively and are granted specifically to the subscribing eBrokerBiz Member only. When choosing an “area served” which displays on the iBizZilla eBrokerBiz Directory, customer is indicating that customer is authorized to act as an intermediary for business transactions in that state and county. Standard eBrokerBiz membership accounts are unlimited to an individual business broker or agent. eBrokerBiz Membership rights can not be assigned, sublicensed, distributed, shared, viewed, accessed, or otherwise transferred to anyone other than the subscribing eBrokerBiz Member without the express written permission of Company. eBrokerBiz Membership privileges are subject to change from time to time and may be subject to additional business listing and searching limitations. Customer acknowledges that Company (in addition to its other remedies) can cancel and prohibit eBrokerBiz Membership privileges to any individual, organization, or group that does not abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and/or can refuse any or all membership privileges. Company also has the right to refuse service to any customer or company that has delinquent charges that remain unpaid and to impose additional charges to reactivate eBrokerBiz or other membership privileges.

eBrokerBiz Member subscriptions will automatically renew at the prevailing monthly subscription cost and the credit card number provided for initial payment will be charged accordingly unless the customer notifies iBizZilla Member Services.

To cancel your eBrokerBiz, Membership at any time, with-out being charged for next month’s current monthly charges, you must cancel before the day of renewal for each month. You may cancel at any time by logging in and go to you’re your Account profile of the website. There are No pro-rated refunds. * Membership upgrade privileges are granted to individuals exclusively and are non transferable and non refundable in part or whole or can be shared with anyone.

A eBrokerBiz Membership is fully refundable only within the first 30 days of purchase provided that Customer provides timely notification to Member Services in writing. The Company reserves the right to change its fees, payment frequency, or billing methods at any time. The Company will provide timely notice of any such changes.

If you are selling a business, business opportunity or franchise in the capacity of a broker, agent or any other form of intermediary so that you are not selling in your personal capacity you must register as an intermediary on the website.

You warrant that you have the full authority and permission to advertise the business, business opportunity or franchise on the website FROM THE DIRECT OWNER and in particular that you have not advertised a business, business opportunity or franchise by simply taking it off a third party intermediary or broker without the permission of the owner.

Where iBizZilla.com hosts, manages or develops a broker, agent or intermediary's website, iBizZilla.com gives you no rights of ownership to the software used in relation to these websites. You agree that you will not copy, de-compile, disassemble or reverse-engineer any software used in connection with the websites save to the extent permitted by law. iBizZilla.com retains the copyright of this website and for any information that we provide to you for use on your website.

Listing Restrictions
Customer acknowledges that business listings will only be added to the iBizZilla web site if all contacts added to that listing are also subscribing individual members. Business listing currently is Free (unlimited) until notified of any changes. All listings must be added in accordance with the Submission and Administration of Listings terms, as above. Company reserves the right to remove listings that are deemed excessive in number or in violation of the Submission and Administration of Listings terms. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove any listing from the Service.

FRANCHISE DIRECTORY PROVISIONS

The following provisions of iBizZilla's Terms and Conditions are specifically and only applicable to Franchise Directory:

Franchise Directory
iBizZilla’s Franchise Directory provides Leads (as defined herein) to Franchisors on a cost per lead or fixed fee basis. Franchise Directory customers are billed a one-time set-up fee, and for leads delivered on a monthly basis. Credit cards are charged after customer has had a chance to review lead information, generally by the 5th business day of the following month.

A “Lead” is defined as: a user who submits information to be contacted by the sponsor franchise, and such user includes its (i) first and/or last name, (ii) mailing address or desired location, (iii) phone number and/or email address, and (iv) user available capital. All Lead submissions to Franchise Directory sponsors are executed by the party submitting the Lead. It is the policy of iBizZilla to not resell Leads to other third parties.

Customers will not be billed for Leads that are: (a) located outside of the 50 United States, or (b) are duplicates of Leads received during the same month for the same franchise concept, or (c) include demonstrably invalid information for both phone number and email address. iBizZilla will utilize its best efforts to review the validity of Leads.

Cancellations may be made at any time, but are effective at the end of the month when notice of cancellation is received. Cancellations must be received by either email, in writing, or you may cancel by logging in and go to your My Account profile of the website.

SERVICE PROVIDERS DIRECTORY PROVISIONS

The following provisions of iBizZilla's Terms and Conditions are specifically and only applicable to Service Provider Membership:

Service Provider Membership
Service Provider Membership privileges are granted by Company to individuals exclusively and are granted specifically to the subscribing Service Provider Member only. When choosing an “area served” which displays on the iBizZilla Service Provider Directory, customer is indicating that customer is authorized to act as an intermediary for business transactions in that state and county. Service Provider Membership rights can not be assigned, sublicensed, distributed, shared, viewed, accessed, or otherwise transferred to anyone other than the subscribing Service Provider Member without the express written permission of Company. Service Provider Membership privileges are subject to change from time to time. Customer acknowledges that Company (in addition to its other remedies) can cancel and prohibit Service Provider Membership privileges to any individual, organization, or group that does not abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein and/or can refuse any or all membership privileges. Company also has the right to refuse service to any customer or company that has delinquent charges that remain unpaid and to impose additional charges to reactivate Service Provider or other membership privileges.

Service Provider Member subscriptions will automatically renew at the prevailing chosen term cost and the credit card number provided for initial payment will be charged accordingly unless the customer notifies iBizZilla Member Services. To cancel your Service Provider, Membership at any time, with-out being charged for next terms current charges, you must cancel before the day of renewal for your chosen term. You may cancel at any time by logging in and go to you’re: My Account profile of the website. No pro-rated refunds.

A Service Provider Membership is fully refundable only within the first 30 days of purchase provided that Customer provides timely notification to Member Services in writing. The Company reserves the right to change its fees, payment frequency, or billing methods at any time. The Company will provide timely notice of any such changes.

SOCIAL COMMUNITY NETWORKING PROVISIONS

The following provisions of iBizZilla's Terms and Conditions are specifically and only applicable to Social Community Networking:

Social Community Participation / Membership
By using the Service and by becoming an Active or Supporting Member, you agree to all the provisions here after. iBizZilla offers Membership privileges to users as a forum to help promote there businesses and themselves through an exchange ideas and events through the iBizZilla’s website social business community network. Access to the Site and use of selected features of the Service is free. iBizZilla reserves the right to charge at any point in time fees for various optional premium upgrade features and services.

Each Member’s profile contains a place for an image of the Member. This image was intended for photo of a person and may not be the logo belonging to a business. Included among the premium features offered to Active and Supporting Members is the ability to add a business logo in separate designated space within the Member’s profile. We may remove the image without notice from profiles not in compliance with this policy at our discretion.

Conduct
We will monitor registration for participation that we feel is harmful to the iBizZilla community, and remove profiles and all incidences of such participation at our discretion. Although we may tell you what meets our definition of harmful use before we remove you as a Member, we have no duty to do so.

As a rule, any person that represents a business that recruits distributors, resellers, or memberships for products or services that do not originate with that person is prohibited from participating in iBizZilla; (these businesses are sometimes known as network marketing or multi-level marketing organizations.)

You may not use the Service in a way that is against the law or harms iBizZilla, our partners, members, service providers, affiliates, partners or suppliers. We may tell you about harmful uses but have no duty to do so. Violations that are abusive to Conduct may result in the termination of access or deletion of content without notice. We reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or block access to the Service in whole or part at any time.

iBizZilla Hosted Events

A. Hosting an iBizZilla Event.
All event administrators / hosts must be members of iBizZilla. Events hosted by Members are part of the Service. All events listed on the Site are subject to review and approval by iBizZilla; we may, at our sole discretion, reject or edit a pending or published event listing.

B. Attending a Hosted Event.
ALL attendees must be members of iBizZilla. Reservations for events are required to be made through the Site. iBizZilla assumes no liability for anything that happens or doesn’t happen at any event.

C. Voice/Image Release.
I understand that iBizZilla events may be recorded on audio or videotape for promotional, educational or training purposes. I understand and agree that my voice or image may be recorded and used for these purposes. I understand that iBizZilla has complete ownership of these materials and I have no interest or ownership in them or their copyright.

D. Hosted Event Fees and Payments.
iBizZilla or event hosts may charge for events. Credit cards are the preferred method of payment. If you use an alternate method of payment, additional charges may apply and reservation may not be guaranteed.

E. Event Reservation Cancellation Policy.
Reservations must be made with a credit card. Members may cancel a reservation for an event via the Site at any time. Credit cards are processed approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the event. Once credit cards have been processed, no refunds will be granted, with one exception: if the event is canceled by iBizZilla or the host, event fees will be refunded for the full face value by crediting the credit card used to make the reservation. iBizZilla makes no warranties about the quality of events.

General
The fact that you have visited the Site legally binds you to all of the aforementioned Terms of Use. This site is created and controlled by iBizZilla.com in the State of Nevada, USA. As such, the laws of the State of Nevada will govern these Terms of Use and the Agreement, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our services, and operation of the Site may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of our control. If any provision of the foregoing is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Breach of these Terms of Use.
